Hi Yves, The only limits to the size of the database will be available disk space and I expect, maybe, some internal SQLite limit. But 145M is nowhere near this limit and I suspect you still have plenty of disk space.
It sounds like your station memory may be corrupt or your logger may not be seated properly. You coud try reseating your logger, if that has no effect you could try the two fixes listed under 'Corrupt station memory' in the User's Guide (http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#troubleshooting) ?
