I have not used the meteostick driver but assuming you are using
meteostick.py from the current master branch from Matthew's GitHub
weewx-meteostick
repo <https://github.com/matthewwall/weewx-meteostick>, I think lines 1030
and 1031 need some attention:
dbg_parse(2, "humidity_raw=0x%03x value=%s" %
(humidity_raw, data['humidity']))
something like this might work better:
dbg_parse(2, "humidity_raw=0x%03x value=%s" %
(humidity_raw, humidity))
