I tried several aggregate lengths and found that the maximum length was 972, exactly 10 % of the 97200 time length. Increasing time_length allows for larger aggregate length, but the 10 % "rule" is not valid for larger time length. Setting 180000 as time length allows me to use 2400 as aggregate length, but not 2700 Herman
