neither the weewx-sdr driver or the weewx-interceptor driver knows anything 
about davis protocols.  the weewx-sdr driver works with usb sdr dongles and 
only knows about 433Mhz decodings using rtl-433.  the weewx-interceptor 
driver knows about 4 types of tcp/ip-based weather station hardware.
