I edited the weewx.conf file to debug = 1, then had a look at the syslog 
file and the date and time is correct. I then loaded up the web page again 
, and lo and behold it is reading or giving the correct date and time now.

The reason I posted my question was because for some reason all the data 
was incorrect. The date was for 23/07/2017 and time was about 2 hours out, 
as well as temperature reading.
Anyway , it is reading the data fine now and I know now that I have to 
refresh the web page fairly often.
