Unfortunately the graph you have given is too short a time period!! Usually in the mornings the windspeed will pick up slowly - and in fact there may be no gusts at all of any note. During the day there could well be significant gusts during an archiver period. If you have a graph covering two days (ie two morninigs) it may be easier to see. When you say startup do you mean that you start the system every morning?? If so - is it possible to leave it running one night and see what the morning looks like then??
