If you have a database named 'weewx', then you will need a section under
[Databases] named [[weewx]].
As that name is so overused, I would suggest using something else, say
weewx_raw. Then your section should look like
[Databases]
# A SQLite database is simply a single file
[[archive_sqlite]]
database_name = weewx.sdb
database_type = SQLite
# MySQL
[[archive_mysql]]
database_name = weewx
database_type = MySQL
[[weewx_raw]]
database_name = weewx_raw.sdb
database_type = SQLite
