The WU screenshot you posted is for a different time period than the LOOP packets you showed, but it appears that dewpoint is being emitted often enough (about once every 30 seconds) for the WU to show a value. Not so sure about barometer. There are some long gaps without values, so it's possible there were some 5+ minute gaps during the time period of the screen shot, which would lead to no value being recorded by the WU.
I've learned through the years that the WU database is just plain unreliable. It occasionally drops points and there isn't anything you can do about it except drive yourself crazy trying to figure it out. It's worth trying without Rapidfire.
