1. Have you done what Tom suggested - and put the NOAA dropdown into the oggi (index.html.tmpl) page 2. Have you done what Matthew requested, and deleted the line from the index.html.tmpl?
As the creators of weewx and the forecast module - these are the two people who are most likely to be able to solve your problems - so doing what they suggest is a good place to begin!!
