I assume we are looking at the output of a query to MySQL. Is that correct?

I also assume this is a Vantage instrument.

If you run weewx directly from the command line (instructions here
<http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#Running_directly>) it will print out
the LOOP and RECORD data. Let it run through an archive interval. What does
the print out show? Is windDir zero for both LOOP and REC?
