Is this a Davis Vantage system by chance? If so it sounds very much like corrupt station memory and you might need to refer to the 'Corrupt station memory' section under 'WeeWX generates HTML pages, but it does not update them' in the User's Guide http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#html_generated_but_not_updated
