Hi, Try turning rapidfire off and see what is posted. As far as I am aware Ultimeter stations don't include windGust in loop packets so rapidfire updates will never publish windGust.
Could you also post the log from when you start weeWX, the startup log gives us a lot of info about your setup and frequently helps in identifying where to look for the problem.
