Hard to say without knowing what customisations you made and what is in the
logs from the time concerned.

You may get some idea by looking back through the logs from the day(s) when the
plots appear to have stopped updating, though without debug=1 there may not be
much to see other than noting the number of plots being generated each report
cycle. But then again that may vary depending on any changes made. Another
thing to look at is whether archive records were added regularly and
continuously over the period concerned. I think in terms of the logs you will
not be looking for errors in but rather clues as to what was going on and what
changed. It may prove to be a difficult or fruitless exercise though.

If the changes you made involved changing the names of existing, or adding new
plots that could account for some of the symptoms you observed but that doesn't
really gel with daily plots existing with multiple different plot times. Would
really need to see the customizations before saying much else.
