If you navigate to the .png files using a browser you should be able to confirm that the date ON THE GRAPH INSIDE thre .png indeed contains the same date and time as the file itself.
If that is indeed the case then the issue lies with your web server not delivering the latest file Have you tried just forcing a reload/refresh of the web page in the browser?? Is the directory at /var/www/html the directory which is delivered to the browser when you view the site in the browser, or do you copy these files to somewhere else??
