Hi, It I said impossible to give any meaningful advice without more details. Two key pieces of information we need to see are the contents of weewx.conf and a log extract.
You can use the wee_debug utility (http://weewx.com/docs/utilities.htm#wee_debug_utility) to obtain a sanitised version of weewx.conf that you can post here. Just make sure to check for any sensitive info (eg passwords etc) before posting its output. The weeWX wiki (https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/Help!-Posting-to-weewx-user) has some help on obtaining a log extract.
