My observations were the same, each bucket tip (0,3 mm) was counted multiplied by 10 (3mm) I am not sure if the problem is in the sdr driver or rtl_433. I started using the sdr driver in November and I have updated both to the latest versions. The last commits don't seem to be related to this.
