[[[ImageGenerator]]] is part of [[BigImages]], you need to comment out that as well.
No Bootstrap files updated for 20 minutes, isn't that what you want? Remember, you haven't deleted anything, just stopped them being generated. Once you have Bootstrap turned off you can go through and delete the old Bootstrap generated files, no point doing it before as they would just have been regenerated.
