Hi, Can you be a little more specific with what you mean by 'the new records from April to Dec 2013 don't show up in the monthly or yearly HTML page'. I would not expect data from 2013 to be appearing on the month or year page, as those pages would be showing data from January 2018 and 2018 respectively. The only place on these pages where I would expect to see 2013 data is the NOAA format report drop downs. If that is indeed the issue you have then delete all of the NOAA format month and year reports and they will be regenerated next report cycle.
