You need to keep copllecting LOOP data until a REC is formed - which is then processed and used in reports. The reports will only be generated at the archive interval (= REC data) - so just a single LOOP record will not generate anything. The archive interval is typically 5 mionutes (300 seconds) so that the web pages will be updated every 5 monutes - not more often.
