I was able to resolve the problem. I was following some other forum posts regarding debugging Wunderground issues with log_success = true and log_failure = true. I thought maybe that could resolve the CWOP issues I was having, turns out that was exactly the problem. Took them out, CWOP working within minutes.
As per other users though, I am having the Wunderground data upload issue to their database with rapid fire working. But that's for another thread. Thanks for all the support Tom.
