I know I was assured that no matter the units of the data in the database, I could convert them to what ever I want later. While I suspect that this is true inside the text elements of the template, since Chetah apparently provides nearly full access to python capabilities, I have not found any means by which to convert data for images. Specifically, I have a depth measurement that is stored in the database in mm. I want my graphs / images to display the data in inches or feet. Since this is a custom data type, weewx has no idea that it is in mm and how it is to convert to inches or feet. I’ve read and re-read the user guide and customization guide and have not found a solution. Have I missed something or do I need to revise my custom service to store data in the units I want displayed in the images? Thanks, Joe
