Good that it is fixed. The cause could be any one of a number of things, could be your station, interference, but in the weeWX driver, low flying geese or the neighbors spinning your anemometer.... Do look at setting minmax limits for StdQC, that will prevent erroneous data such as this from polluting your database in future.
