I noticed the following in your logs:

My recollection is that it only checks for forecasts relatively rarely and
that it can take a little time to get that first forecast. Have you
checked that there is forecast data to display ?
It's hard from your long posts to figure out where you are. You might want
to attach the logs as attachments when you post so we can find the
questions in there from the hundreds of lines of logs (which 'do' help a
lot incidentally).
