Ok, making progress here http://www.weewx.com/docs/debian.htm tells me that "sudo /etc/init.d/weewx start" will start weewx, but I had to use "sudo weewxd /etc/weewx/weewx.conf".
And http://ip/weewx/ is not the right place to look when using the Klimalogg Pro, http://ip/weewx/kl/ is.
