But i recently changed my PC to a Raspberry Pi 3 for data logging and I used weewx software. The problem is, when there is a power outage the console will suddenly power off even though there are new batteries placed inside the device. I am not sure if this was happening before I switch PCs. Is this a hardware problem? Or should I edit something the firmware? I am looking for options on how to fix instead of buying a new console.
