1. Do you have a web server installed and operational on your WeeWX
machine? If so is there a symlink to /home/weewx/public_html in the root of
the web server? Would help to know what you did, much easier to work out
what could be wrong.
2. Edit /home/weewx/weewx.conf, set debug=1, save weewx.conf, restart
WeeWX, let it run for at least a couple of archive periods then post a log
extract from when WeeWX was restarted covering the couple of archive
periods. Post a wee_debug
<http://weewx.com/docs/utilities.htm#wee_debug_utility> report, check the
wee_debug report before posting to ensure that all sensitive info such as
passwords, keys, user names etc have been removed.
