there does not appear to be one listed in the drivers in the wiki you don't want to use simulator as providing the data for weewx if you are getting the data from elsewhere - u need a driver to get that data.
if you know the api for the site you can possibly adapt one of the other drivers to get from openweathermap. why are you trying to get the data from openweathermap into weewx anyway?? seems a little odd!!
