The sqlite sdb file can be moved just like any normal file. 

Stop weewx first, then copy the file to the new machine, and start weewx on 
the new machine after its copied. It should work right away. Check the logs 
to make sure. 

Always smart to keep a backup copy of the database just in case anything 
goes wrong.
