Hi, I 'm not sure what the problem is that you are experiencing. If your concern is that copygenerator is only copying files once on startup then this is expected behaviour. Copygenerator has a 'copy_once' setting that copies static files (eg CSS files) once only on startup - the reason they are only copied once is that they do not change so there is no need to copy them every time.
Your log indicates that archive records are being saved to database, reports are being generated and the results successfully ftp'd. Does the date/tine on your web page update over time or does it stay the same when you refresh the page? The log entry about no data in the heartbeat interval may or may not be of consequence, unfortunately I am not familiar with the WMR300.
