New weewx user here... I am also reporting to CWOP. The quality report email complaints (among others) about my location:
*"WARNING:* The location for CW0346 was entered as 40° 17' 32" N, 105° 20' 47" W. However, the location that is reported via APRS is 40° 5' 28" N, 105° 15' 47" W. This difference is around 14.6 miles. Please check to see which is correct, and either adjust your software yourself or alter your registered location by sending email to..."
