TK, I would love to have the work around. Attached is a visualization of what I am seeing in the Weewx/Pi/Wunderground configuration. In the Acurite/Win10/Underground configuration it is fine....no "0" readings. I am a newer user, so if you are willing to assist, I would be very appreciative.
