Good that it is fixed. If you restart weeWX and provided there are records 
stored in the logger that are newer than the last record in your database 
weeWX should attempt to down load them as part of the weeWX startup. If 
none are downloaded either there is nothing in your logger or the last 
record in your logger is older than the last record in your database.

Not sure what you mean by my second email, I only replied once as far as I 
know? In any case to use debug = 1 you need to make the change in 
weewx.conf, save weewx.conf then restart weeWX. If you have any concerns 
post a copy of the log, including the weeWX startup pre-amble from the log 
will show what debug setting is being used.
