Yes install WeeWX. If you're using Raspbian on your Raspberry Pi, follow these instructions <http://weewx.com/docs/debian.htm>.
Select Simulator for the hardware during setup. Then copy the file above to bin/user (which is /usr/share/weewx/user if you installed by apt).
