1. forget the fact that simulator works ok 2. clear database to ensure there is no data with 'strange' dateTime settings from the simulator 3. I have no interceptor experience but I believe the interceptor driver has some debug/test information in the wiki connected to the installation/selection of interceptor driver
check the log carefully from start of weewx and see if there is any information shown that may be helpful - and attach the log to your post to the forum. let weewx run for at least two archive intervals - what is your archive interval set to by the way?? reports are only generated every archive interval.
