Oh, in your first email you asked how to do this. It's all in the
Customizing Guide. Look in section *Changing the unit system
<http://weewx.com/docs/customizing.htm#Changing_the_unit_system>*.

Let me warn you though, many (most?) weather instruments use US Customary.
So, if you switch to metric, you will continue to get numbers with many
decimal places.
