Another option is to use the --dump
<http://weewx.com/docs/hardware.htm#vantage_dumping_the_logger_memory>
command. It will download *all* data in the logger. It results in a *lot* of
"duplicate primary key" errors, but will save your data.

Unfortunately, you can only use it before --clear-memory.
