Ok, so archive records are being saved and pages being generated with current data? The log in your previous post still showed an archive record being skipped at 13:20:00.
Annoying to lose data but sometimes it happens, doing the dump before you do anything destructive dumps all of the archive records out of the logger and any that are not in your archive are saved to archive, any that are already in your archiv are ignored (well you get a duplicate key error). From my limited experience a dump tends to result in loss of maybe one or two records only unless something catastrophic has occurred. It seems that the archive record is still saved in the logger it just doesn't send it to WeeWX when weeWX asks for it. Having an envoy may be slightly different, I don't have one, Tom may be able to shed some more light on it. Not sure what you meant about deleting records. Did you mean your archive or the logger/envoy? As far as I know it's all or nothing in terms of clearing the logger/envoy. And you weren't getting any records into your archive.
