Yes WU are changing things and you may have to pay a fee in the future. Have you tried looking at your website from your android phone? The template morphs into a mobile format. I am not an Android user but on my iPhone I a have the facility to effectively change a web destination into an app by saving its favicon to the homepage. This creates an icon that then works like an app.
