History seems to prove that if you can go to $300 for a middling station, going to $400 for a Davis is worth the extra money if you can do that.is 'excellent'. Just picking ScientificSales as a known-good vendor, you can pick up a Vue and Davis datalogger for about $375 currently: - https://www.scientificsales.com/Davis-6250-Vantage-Vue-Wireless-Weather-Station-p/6250.htm - https://www.scientificsales.com/6510USB-WeatherLink-Computer-Interface-p/6510usb.htm You can try to save a few bucks with a 3rd party datalogger like Belfryboy's but personally I'd just go all-in on Davis. Their gear just plain works and their customer support is 'excellent'. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "weewx-user" group.
