Is there any setting in the config file that will allow me to have weewx 
drop bad data packets?  I have two different installs of weewx running, on 
on RPI and one on a standard Ubuntu server.  Both of them will occasionally 
show complete drop-outs in data in the graphs on Weather Underground.  This 
really screws up the scale of the graphs.  Sometimes it will show on the 
local graphs, sometimes not.

Looking at the WU table data, some or all of the readings will be 0 or --.  
I have caught one of these at the time it happened and the current weather 
data shows NaN.  Is there any way to drop these bad reading packets?
