You can add sensors as services to weeWX, here is a link with a good example on how to do it: https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/add-sensor
If you are running weeWX on a Pi, it is easy pretty easy to write some Python code to interface with a tipping bucket taking gauge. Jardi.
