Hi Bernard, --backfill-daily was renamed --rebuild-daily a few release back, as far as I can tell the change occurred in v3.7.0. I think it was at the same time that --date support was added (--backfill-daily never supported --date).
You will be seeing --rebuild-daily on the web site as the web site reflects the current released version (3.9.1). The wee_database output in your 3rd post shows --backfill-daily rather than rebuild-daily. Not an expert on package upgrades but everything you are seeing indicates any upgrade you did do did not take and you are still running 3.6.2.
