Ok so i think the problem is the SDR isnt seeing my outdoor array, for most
of the logging.
If i run this i see all my others but not the AW065HPacket which is the
outdoor array.
but i can see the data from this in my log from weewx when run directly. I
modified the SDR.py with the same command as weewx but i dont see it.
