Hi ,

Davis stations ship with a default 30 minute archive period, that means archive
records are saved and reports/images generated every 30 minutes, probably not
want you want. If so, you need to change the archive interval under
[StdArchive] in weewx.conf. You also need to change the archive interval on the
console to match. 5 minutes is commonly used. This can be done either via the
console front panel or via the utility wee_device using the --set-interval
action (http://www.weewx.com/docs/hardware.htm#vantage_notes).

Davis stations emit loop packets every 2.5 odd seconds so what you see is
expected. The plots will be updated at different rates; day plots should be
updated each report cycle, week every hour, month every 3 hours and year every
24 hours. You can force all plots to be regenerated on the next report cycle by
deleteing the plot image files.

I suggest you get a reasonable archive interval in place then delete the plot
image files and take it from there.
