It may help to see the log covering a period where logging is paused. In fact edit weewx.conf, set debug = 1, save weewx.conf then restart WeeWX. When there is next a pause take an extract of the log showing a good 10-15 minutes either side of the pause. Post that log extract here. Also, take a copy of the log from when you restarted WeeWX through until WeeWX is processing archive records, running reports etc. Post that log extract here as well. In both cases don't alter the log, post as is.
