I probably contacted from some wrong place. Anyway, I was able to contact them tonight and the problem is exactly what you said and what's explained on the website you cited before. So I will have to get this Mfg code from the console and logger and if needed I will ask our local reseller to exchange the logger. They also assured me that we can use any third-party software to get data from the station.
