I went to SSD. They are so cheap now at the size we use. That SD card will bite you and it is painful.

Copy your micro SD card image to your computer and then copy it back onto a new micro SD card. Use a very high quality card or even better, use an SLC memory type micro SD card. They’re very expensive but will last much longer.
