Jardi, Thanks for the tip. I've been running WU API calls from Home assistants custom component for a few days now. Today it stopped working and after a few hours of frustration I found out that I have reached my max No of calls per day. I read somewhere it is in the order of 500/day, but I got blocked after som 600-700. I had changed the update rate from the default 5min to 1min since I want reasonably fast updates in order to react on wind gusts for my awning automation. Now I need to change back to 5min :(. It feels like a an unnecessary step to go over WU service, when I have all data in my network. I will look into your post and try to get that working. The other option would be to set up my own server and publish data on MQTT, but being a HW guy my programming skills is limited, so it migt take too much time for me. I'll likely go the weewx way.
