You would need the "xstats" extension. It's located in the "examples"
subdirectory of the distribution.

*wee_extension --install=/usr/share/doc/weewx/examples/xstats*

Then, in your template, you can use the expression

<p>The all time max rain rate is *$alltime.rainRate.max*</p>
