Thanks to Thomas I have an answer. The password field is not the password 
to your account but is the key that WU generates. I put that key in the 
password field in this very helpfully URL and bobs your uncle it worked. 
Did the same in the weewx.conf and now I am reporting to WU once again with 
my new station location.
